The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office, headed by General Manager Alexander F. Balutan on Feb. 25 signed a Memorandum of Agreement for the Advertising Placement Contract for the three Racing Clubs in the country namely, Metro Manila Turf Club, Inc., Manila Jockey Club, Inc. and Philippine Racing Club, Inc. at the Legend Villas, Mandaluyong City.
Under the agreement, the three racing clubs agree to broadcast PCSO games and advertisements in order to inform the public of PCSO projects and services and promote through the airing of PCSO prepared advertising materials to make spot placement during PCSO sponsored races on their cable channels.
GM Balutan delivered his message of support to MMTCI, MJCI and PRCI and the horseracing industry that PCSO will be a constant figure in staging major and minor races in the coming years.
