PH 4th place

THE Philippines settled for fourth place in the XXVIII BFA Asian Baseball Championship Sunday night at Tien Mou Stadium in New Taipei City.

They took a 0-15 loss at the hands of Korea, which took the bronze medal honors.

Japan went home with the crown after stopping Chinese-Taipei, 6-1.

In the semis, the Philippines first took an 0-11 pounding from Korea before bowing to Chinese Taipei, 0-14. 

The Filipinos were  led by Adriane Bernardo and Juan Diego Lozano, who clinched the Most Home Run Award.
