The Blue Eagles will be tested by a defensive-minded Green Booters’ side in the 4 p.m. match to be televised live on S+A Channel 23.
University of the East and University of Santo Tomas collide in the curtain raiser at 2 p.m.
Ateneo, last season’s runner-up, is currently on top of the league table with a maximum of nine points, two clear of defending champion University of the Philippines.
The Eagles are coming off a 5-1 conquest of the Growling Tigers last Sunday, with Paolo Alilam netting a brace.
Jarvey Gayoso, the league’s leading goalscorer with four goals, and rookie Sam Lim will lead the way for Ateneo, which has scored 12 goals this season.
De La Salle, meanwhile, is in fourth place with four points to show, as defense proved to be the key.
After battling the Fighting Maroons to a scoreless draw, the Green Booters gained full points following a 2-0 win over the Red Warriors last Sunday.
UE is currently level with idle National University with one point, while UST shares last place with Adamson University.
