The youngest of the trio, 18-year-old Jung-Ruivivar, is brimming with confidence. Her silver medal win in the uneven bars at the World Cup Series in Doha, Qatar last April has solidified her status as a rising star.
Malabuyo’s journey to the Olympics has been a challenging one, but her perseverance paid off when she secured a spot by placing third in the all-around at the Asian Gymnastics Championships.
Finnegan, a seasoned member of the Philippine team, made history by becoming the first Filipina to qualify for the Olympics since 1964. She is determined to not only capture the hearts of fans but also excel in the competition.
