The national esports awards ceremony is proudly supported by the government through the Department of Information & Communications Technology (DICT) and the Games and Amusement Board (GAB). Clarin, through GAB’s advocacy, to Promote, Professionalize and Protect Philippine professional sports, reaffirms the nation’s commitment to recognizing and celebrating excellence in esports.
The Philippine Esports Awards aims to honor and celebrate the exceptional talents and achievements of the top Philippine esports athletes and industry professionals. This prestigious event will bring together luminaries from the esports community, government officials, and distinguished guests to commemorate the unparalleled contributions to the Philippine esports landscape.
Scheduled to take place on Thursday, April 11, 2024, at the GT-Toyota Asian Center Auditorium, with the event commencing at 6:00 PM PHT, the 2023 Philippine Esports Awards will be a highlight of the past year’s esports industry calendar. The physical gathering will provide a platform for the recognition of the program’s esteemed awardees, as well as an opportunity for attendees to engage with judges and guest speakers. Furthermore, the event will be broadcasted to a global audience through live streaming on various social media platforms and the official facebook page.
The many pinnacle achievements of 2023 within the Philippine esports community are set to be honored and four major awards will be highlighted: 2023 PH Esports CignalTV Production Team of the Year, Smart Communications Inc. 2023 PH Esports Team of the Year, San Miguel Corporation 2023 PH Esports Athlete of the Year and PLDT Enterprise 2023 PH Esports Manager of the Year
