Kapamilya actress Chie Filomeno stirred speculation online after posting a series of cryptic Instagram Stories that hinted at a falling out with someone she referred to as “Sofia.”
In her posts over the weekend, Chie shared screenshots allegedly showing messages from an influencer claiming that “Sofia” had been reaching out to online creators to spread hate about her on social media.
“Truly heartbreaking,” she wrote. “I know she’s evil but didn’t expect her to go this low.”
While Chie didn’t reveal the full identity of “Sofia,” many netizens speculated that the messages were directed at fellow actress Sofia Andres, who on the same day said her TikTok account had been hacked.
Chie, however, seemed unconvinced, writing, “Nahack? No amount of designer clothes can hide an ugly soul, right Sofia?”
She went on to call out the alleged influencer messages, saying, “Stop saying you feel betrayed when you are the traitor.”
Despite the controversy, Chie told followers she was choosing to defend herself while still wishing peace on her rumored rival, adding, “I’ll never get tired of standing up for myself and the people I love because I know I did nothing wrong.”
