BTS member j-hope arrived in the Philippines on Thursday, drawing excitement among fans at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) ahead of his highly anticipated solo concert tour this weekend.
The rapper-dancer is set to perform for two nights in Manila under his tour “Hope on the Stage,” scheduled for April 12 and 13 at the SM Mall of Asia Arena. The event is presented by Live Nation Philippines.
Videos shared by fans on social media captured the K-pop star’s quiet arrival at the airport, where he was seen waving to supporters before being escorted out of the terminal.
“Hope on the Stage” marks j-hope’s return to the spotlight after enlisting in South Korea’s military service last year. The Manila leg of the tour is part of his limited engagement performances in select Asian cities.
