Fresh from being named the first Filipina OPM artist and the first solo OPM artist to reach more than 2 billion streams on Spotify, singer-songwriter Moira Dela Torre has taken to her socials to express her immense gratitude to her fans
Dela Torre shared a photo of herself in her post and screenshots from the chart monitoring page allchartsPH which announced her achievement over on X.
“Today….. you guys made me the First Filipino Solo Artist and the First Filipina Artist to reach 2 Billion streams on @spotify @spotifyph. Thank you. TWO BILLION TIMES THANK YOU,” said Dela Torre to her fans.
Fans poured their support for the singer-songwriter’s impeccable milestone, with some calling for a new album from her.
With the achievement, Dela Torre joins indie pop band Ben&Ben as the only OPM artists with more than 2 billion streams on Spotify.
