Actor Chuckie Dreyfus took to social media to criticize the organizers of the Circus Music Festival, alleging that his children were shortchanged after paying for premium tickets that failed to deliver on promised perks.
On Sunday, March 29, Chuckie claimed his son purchased Platinum tickets for himself and his sister, expecting a “premium experience” based on the event’s advertising. Instead, he said the siblings were met with a lack of crowd control, no VIP perks, and missing merchandise that was supposedly included with early ticket purchases.
“There was no separation between Platinum and Gold sections. No VIP section, no barriers, no added perks. So what exactly did the extra payment go to?” Chuckie wrote.

The actor also expressed frustration over the absence of merchandise, which he said was promised to early ticket buyers between October and January. Organizers have reportedly blamed “supplier issues” for the lack of merch—a reason Chuckie dismissed as unacceptable.
Adding to the controversy, the “Mga Batang Riles” star pointed out that Circus Music Festival has since disabled comments on its official Facebook page, a move he interpreted as an attempt to “silence ticket holders” voicing similar complaints.
He later posted an update stating that the festival’s page had untagged itself from his post.
As of writing, Circus Music Festival has not issued a public statement addressing Chuckie’s allegations or the mounting feedback from other attendees online.
