Actor Paolo Contis revealed that he fears his children might meet a partner who is like a version of him.
During his guest appearance on the podcast “Your Honor,” Paolo was asked by host Tuesday Vargas about his reaction if one day his daughters would find their respective partners.
“One day, merong lumapit sa iyo na binatilyo na, ‘Tito Pau, kaibigan ko po si Summer.. Okay lang po ba nampaminsan-minsan po pupunta po ko dito? How will you handle it if one day your daughters come to you?” asked Tuesday.
“It’s gonna happen anyway. Wala ka magagawa,” Paolo answered.
But when asked if that guy would be like him, he later admitted that it is his greatest fear.
“‘Yun ang number one an ikinakatakot ko,” he added.
When asked if it was the kind of guy who had the same characteristics as his younger self, he quipped, “Sasampalin ko agad. Sabi ko na kung yung Paolo mga 10 years ago or 15 years ago, ‘yan ang ipapakilala sa akin ng anak ko, naku, Diyos ko Lord. Sasampalin ko talaga ‘yan.”
