Actor Mark Anthony Fernandez was trending online while Super Typhoon Carina was ravaging Luzon. Allegedly, a video scandal involving a man resembling the actor has been circulating on various social media platforms and messaging apps.
Before the video surfaced, the 45-year-old actor met with the media to discuss his new Vivamax film, Package Deal. Mark Anthony, unaware of the alleged video scandal, appeared confident about his physique during the media event.

Mark Anthony explained how he’s able to get his body back in shape: “The secret is, you need to have a gym set at home so you’re more motivated. “
“And a big factor is shocking the body. For example, if you stop for a few days, when you return, you shock the body. Then it’s all about willpower. And of course, a core group. It’s good to have a club, a sports club,” he added.
In Package Deal, Mark Anthony is joined by showbiz newbies Angelica Hart and Mariane Saint. The story revolves around a wealthy widow, Manet (Angelica), who is quickly swept off her feet by Ron (Mark Anthony), a man who works in a courier delivery service she owns. Ron seems to be the complete package: he is handsome, smart, and good in bed. Their romance quickly progresses to an engagement and wedding.
Their newfound happiness is disrupted when Manet discovers that Ron has an 18-year-old daughter named Elissa (Saint) who is five months pregnant.
Manet decides to embrace Elissa as part of the “package deal” in her love for Ron, so the three start a life under one roof, resembling a true family.
However, Ron’s true colors soon emerge—he is actually a compulsive gambler and a heavy drinker. Manet and Elissa’s feelings towards each other also unexpectedly deepen into something more intimate.
As Manet deals with their complicated situation, she finds out more shocking secrets about Ron and Elissa, putting the “family” they built at risk.
