Women leaders at EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) are finding ways to thrive professionally while pursuing personal passions, reflecting a growing emphasis on well-being, diversity and inclusion at the global professional services organization.

Priyanka Chaudhry, EY GDS Tax leader, has combined her role in the company with her advocacy for education and economic inclusion. She supports not-for-profit groups and programs such as the EY Entrepreneur Access Network, working to create opportunities for women and entrepreneurs.
“I’m fortunate to work for an organization that aligns with my personal values,” Chaudhry said. “It’s a mix of personal passions, career growth and community involvement.”
In the Philippines, Cyndie Bondoc, a Financial Accounting Advisory Services manager, credits the company’s flexible work initiatives for helping her balance motherhood and her career.

“EY’s Thrive Time initiative allows me to be present for my child’s milestones while honing skills useful in my profession,” she said. Bondoc encourages working mothers to focus on self-care to manage family and work responsibilities effectively.
For others, creative pursuits offer balance. Ronne Rochelle “Mapet” Retumban, executive director at EY GDS Philippines Tax, turns to art and craftsmanship—including painting, sketching and cross-stitching—to recharge.
“It’s therapeutic, especially while listening to podcasts,” she said. “Like my cross-stitch, work also requires perseverance and accountability, regardless of the task’s size.”
Travel provides inspiration for Corine Punzalan, assistant audit manager at EY GDS Philippines Assurance. She said watching sunsets during her travels helps her manage the pressure of audit deadlines.
“These moments of calm remind me to bring that same perspective into my work life,” Punzalan said, adding that initiatives like “Assurance Wellness Buddies” help promote well-being among teams.
EY GDS, part of the Big Four network, employs more than 70,000 people worldwide. The company said it continues to support women as they pursue careers, personal goals, and community work.
