Recording artist and reigning Mr. United Nations International (Mr. USA United Nations 2023), Nick Vera Perez, is coming to Manila in May for a tour promoting his latest album, Laging Ikaw.
“Laging Ikaw,” also the title of the carrier single from Nick’s album, was released amid the pandemic in 2021 and achieved great success with over 1 million downloads within just five days of its launch.
The album, which includes 12 tracks, is available on major digital platforms for music enthusiasts worldwide. It’s his latest project after releasing I Am Ready, Our Christmas, Parte Ng Buhay Ko, and UnAfraid.
Nick’s visit to Manila on May 3 marks the beginning of an extensive tour across the Philippines. His schedule includes mall shows, radio, and TV guest appearances. On May 4, Nick will participate in a charity event at the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) at 3:00 p.m., followed by an exclusive press conference at Max’s Restaurant in SM City, North Edsa at 6:00 p.m.
The Chicago-based singer’s tour will kick off in Nick’s hometown of Zamboanga City with a performance at KCC Mall de Zamboanga on May 9 from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m. He will then proceed to General Santos City and Davao City for special Mother’s Day shows at SM City General Santos on May 12 and Gaisano City Gate, Davao City on May 14, both from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m.
Accompanying Nick on this tour are his beloved mother, Visitacion Tan, aunt Carmelita Ico, and special guest Evelyn Francia, a noted singer from Chicago known for her angelic yet powerful vocals.
Catch Nick Vera Perez at Farmer’s Plaza in Cubao on May 18, Star Mall EDSA-Shaw on May 19, and Isetann Recto on May 23. Additionally, Nick will make appearances on NET-25’s Belle Surara, with updates on further schedules available on his social media platforms.
