Multi-platinum pop rock band LANY announces the Asian leg of its a beautiful blur world tour, kicking off in Singapore and continuing through Asia in September and October.
According to concert organizer Live Nation Philippines, the band will hold two concerts in the country: one at the Philippine Arena on Oct. 12 and another at the Waterfront Cebu City Hotel & Casino on Oct. 13.
Ticket sales will begin with an artist presale starting on March 11 at 10:00 a.m. and running until March 12 at 11:59 p.m. This will be followed by the Live Nation Philippines presale from March 13 at 11:00 AM to March 14 at 11:59 p.m. The general sale will commence on March 15 at 10:00 a.m. at SM Tickets.
Live Nation also announced limited VIP packages will be available, with further details to be revealed.
The announcement coincides with the release of the band’s fifth studio album, a beautiful blur. The album features hit singles “XXL,” “Alonica,” “Love at First Fight,” and “Cause You Have To.”
In August, the band premiered the third single off a beautiful blur, “XXL,” which has garnered over 10 million Spotify streams and 2 million views on the music video on YouTube.
“XXL” followed the fan favorite “Alonica,” which has amassed 20 million Spotify streams and counting. Earning critical acclaim, Variance praised it as “emotional and much more confessional.”
Meanwhile, the single “Cause You Have To” has over 17 million streams on the platform.
LANY last performed in the Philippines in 2022 during its A November to Remember tour, where the group held five sold-out shows at the Mall of Asia Arena on November 11, 12, 13, 15, and 16.
