The vibrant culture of Bacolod City recently took center stage recently as PHINMA Properties unveiled Saludad, an integrated township designed to harmoniously blend modern living with the rich heritage of the region.

A New Economic Hub
With an investment of P12 billion across 21 hectares, Saludad is set to boost Bacolod’s economic growth and infrastructure development. The township will feature a business district, offering commercial opportunities for local entrepreneurs and professionals.
Essential services, including quality education from PHINMA Education and hospitality venues from PHINMA Hospitality, will create a vibrant community atmosphere.
The project is a partnership with the Jacinto, Echaus, and Puentevella families.

“Bacolodnon culture immensely values family and community, the basic units of society that we in the PHINMA Group mainly cater to. This township will provide Bacolodnons and other locals more opportunities to improve their lives while finding their own community in Saludad,” said PHINMA Corporation chairman and chief executive officer Ramon R. del Rosario, Jr.

A Lifestyle Destination
The town center of Saludad promises a selection of dining, shopping, and entertainment options for residents and visitors alike.
In addition, the township will offer residential enclaves designed for comfort and community, featuring both residential lots and medium-rise condominiums.
During the launch event, PHINMA Properties also introduced Likha Estates, a thoughtfully designed residential community within Saludad. With modern living spaces, upscale amenities, and lush green areas, Likha Estates aims to provide families in Bacolod a sanctuary to recharge and thrive.
