Sonora Garden Residences, a joint venture project of Robinsons Land Corp. (RLC) and DMCI Homes along Alabang-Zapote Road in Las Piñas City, gave a glimpse of the lifestyle awaiting future residents with the inauguration of its amenities and model unit last April 23, 2024.

Spanning 1.45 hectares, Sonora Garden Residences is designed as a resort-inspired community catering to young professionals and startup families.

The development offers a variety of unit sizes, including one-, two-, and three-bedroom units ranging from 28 square meters to 83.5 square meters.

Strategically situated steps away from Robinsons Place Las Piñas, Sonora Garden Residences provides residents easy access to retail and dining options. The property is also conveniently located near the airport, business districts, educational institutions, and healthcare facilities.

One of the key highlights of Sonora Garden Residences’ location is its proximity to the Light Rail Transit (LRT) Line 1 extension stations, enhancing connectivity in southern Metro Manila.

The development also just minutes away from Dr. A. Santos Ave. (formerly Sucat Road) and the Manila–Cavite Expressway (CAVITEX), ensuring quicker travel around the metro and to tourist destinations in the south like Tagaytay.

Some of the project’s amenities include kiddie pool, leisure pool, lap pool, and snack bar were unveiled more than a month before the turnover of the first building, Cadence, which is set to commence in June 2024.

This early reveal aims to help investors and home seekers imagine the vibrant community life that awaits them at Sonora Garden Residences.

With its strategic location, comprehensive amenities, and thoughtfully designed living spaces, Sonora Garden Residences is poised to redefine urban living in Las Piñas City.

The ribbon-cutting ceremony was graced by DMCI Homes’ executives and officers, including vice president for project development Dennis Yap, vice president for marketing Jan Venturanza, sales division head Brenda Bagsik, and project development manager Royce Opinion.

Representing RLC are Allen Miranda, vice president and head of sales of RLC Residences, Stephanie Anne Go, AVP-Business Development and Design, and Karen Cesario, senior director, marketing head, and chief integration officer.
