Pueblo de Oro unveils new model unit in CDO

Pueblo de Oro (PDO) Development Corp., a developer of master planned communities, has recently unveiled its model unit at La Aldea del Rio, the latest addition to the company’s growing portfolio of Pueblo de Oro communities.

La Aldea del Rio offer a blend of modern design and traditional Asian elements, the essence of Modern Asian Living. Located in Lumbia, a progressive barangay in the uptown area of Cagayan de Oro City, La Aldea del Rio emphasizes Pueblo de Oro’s commitment to providing residents with accessible and convenient living spaces that enhance their quality of life.

La Aldea del Rio is located near essential amenities including the Lumbia Barangay Hall, an elementary school, the newly-opened Cagayan de Oro City Hospital Lumbia, and the upcoming Gaisano Uptown.

Spread over 4.3 hectares, La Aldea del Rio features 435 two-storey townhouse units with a lot area of 44 square meters. The suggested floor plan accommodates a master’s bedroom and second bedroom, and each unit has a provision for a carport. The units provide a comfortable and versatile space for diverse lifestyles, whether this be for starting a family, embracing solo living, or making a savvy investment.

For almost three decades, Pueblo de Oro Development Corporation (PDO) has been developing quality and mixed-used townships and residential projects.

Pueblo de Oro currently has several projects in growth areas like Cagayan de Oro; Malvar, Lipa and Santo Tomas in Batangas; San Fernando, Pampanga, and Mactan in Cebu.

Last year, the group announced plans to spend P18 billion to expand in key locations, including Cagayan de Oro, Batangas, and Cebu.

Pueblo de Oro is the residential development arm of the ICCP Group, which has business interests in financial services and property management.
