The Mango Royale Cake has layers of tropical-inspired meringue layered with slivers of locally sourced mangoes and light cream to hold everything together. Like a true royal, the cake is crowned with golden mango spheres, glistening like jewels.
The Mango Cheesecake combines the best of the East and the West. It has a graham crust topped with a rich cheesecake layer and finished with a layer of creamy yet light mousse and a beautifully arranged rosette made with slices of locally sourced ripe mangoes.
