The world’s tallest wig has remained unchallenged 20 years since it set the record in May 2004.
Italy’s Emilio Minnicelli presented his creation on May 15 two decades ago.
It was modeled in the main square of Piazza Maggiore, Bologna, with a matching outfit to boot.
Minnicelli’s work measured 14.3 meters or nearly 50 feet tall.
Made entirely of hair, the wig weighed a whopping 26 kilograms.
Similar feats documented by the Guinness World Records include highest hairstyle and tallest Mohican/Mohawk spike.
