The 10 participating countries are Thailand, Indonesia, Singapore, Brunei, Cambodia, Vietnam, Laos, Malaysia, Timor Leste, and the Philippines.
BuCor chief Gregorio Pio Catapang Jr. Catapang said the convention “comes at a time when the Department of Justice, under the leadership of Justice Secretary Crispin Remulla is revitalizing the country’s corrections system to ensure the well-being of reforming inmates.”
