THE Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) on Saturday, June 15, launched its Cyber for Peace Initiative with marked by a gift-giving Event at Brgy. Talbak, Doña Remedios Trinidad, Bulacan.
The rollout was made by the AFP’s Media and Civil Affairs Group (MCAG), Civil Relations Service in collaboration with the Communications, Electronics, and Information Systems Service. The event benefitted 350 kindergarten pupils and 175 parents.
The initiative, graced by AFP spokesperson and MCAG chief Col. Francel Margareth Padilla.
showcased a wide range of activities designed to suit people of all ages.
The parents attended valuable seminars on various topics, while their children enjoyed engaging game booths.
The MCAG and CEISSAFP also established a Cyber for Peace booth, offering civilians technical support for their gadgets and machines, along with basic dental services.
