A Makati court on Friday issued a warrant of arrest against a top executive of TouchPay Co. who was charged with RA 9262 or violence against women and children act.
The court ordered the National Bureau of Investigation and other law enforcement agencies for the immediate arrest of Asun Ng a.k.a Angelo Sy Huang in connection with the criminal charge filed by his common-law wife.
The NBI has arrested Ng’s mistress, identified as Sophia Mikaela Fernandez, whom Ng reportedly have an illicit affair. Fernandez is currently detained at the Sta. Rosa NBI who is included in the complaint filed by Ng’s wife whose name was withheld to protect their children.
Makati Judge Rico Sebastian Liwanag issued the warrant of arrest against Ng and Fernandez based on the criminal charge filed by Ng’s wife, citing that the complainant suffered “mental and emotional anguish.
The court recommended a bail of P72,000 for the temporary liberty of Fernandez.
