Palace lauds Duterte’s high survey rating

Presidential Spokesperson Ernesto Abella hails the result of the Pulse Asia’s latest survey.

He says, this is proof the Duterte administration is on the right direction and that people who criticize the Chief Executive’s war on drugs have failed in their efforts.

The President garnered a 78% approval rating and 76% trust rating, making him the most trusted government official.

The survey was done from March 15 to 20 this year, at the time when an impeachment complaint was filed against Duterte at the House of Representatives.

It was also taken during the period when retired cop Arturo Lascañas testified about the so-called Davao Death Squad.
