MRT-3 ride marred by glitch for the nth time

Glitch in the operation of the Metro Rail Transit (MRT)-3 has, for the nth time, forced passengers to alight from the train.

At 7:21 am on Friday, an MRT train encountered a technical problem.

This happened at the Ayala Station in Makati City at the northbound lane.

MRT management is apologizing to commuters for the poor train service.

Over half a million passengers ride the MRT-3 daily.

It was meant to carry only 350,000 commuters every day.

Trains of the MRT usually encounters techical troubles several times a week.
