One of Former President Gloria Arroyo’s lawyers returns to the Supreme Court to get a copy of the resolution that dismissed the plunder case against his client.
Attorney Laurence Arroyo arrived at the High Court before 9 am on Wednesday.
He is requesting for a copy of the dispositive portion of the Supreme Court en banc resolution from the office of Chief Justice Lourdes Sereno.
He will use the document to process the release of Mrs. Arroyo from detention at the Veterans Memorial Medical Center.
Atty. Arroyo says the court process server must serve a copy of the ruling to the Sandiganbayan sheriff.

He adds they failed to bring Mrs. Arroyo home on Tuesday afternoon because the court has yet to issue a copy of the resolution or a release order.
