IN a display of international cooperation and local development, Consul and Li Xiaoyan and Consul Liu Chen of the Consulate of the People’s Republic of China in Laoag personally visited this town of Tuao, Cagayan on Feb.10, 2026.
The diplomats were received by Tuao Mayor William Mamba, who led the local delegation including members of the Sangguniang Bayan and barangay officials in inspecting two newly constructed school buildings funded by the China Foundation for Peace and Development (CFPD).

The project was made possible through the efforts of Vice Governor Manuel Mamba and lawyer Mabel Villarica Mamba.
The mayor emphasized the significance of their contributions to the municipality’s educational objectives.
