FEO set to launch drive vs. banned pyrotechnics

THE Philippine National Police’s Firearms and Explosives Office (FEO) is set to roll out a strict and rigid drive against fireworks and firecrackers in a bid to prevent injuries during the holiday revelries.

In a press briefing, FEO chief Col. Rex Buyucan said they would coordinate with the Department of Health (DOH), local government units, the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP), and local police units to conduct the inspections.
