Senatorial candidate Camille Villar is eyeing more support for agriculture, education and small businesses – a commitment she made during her visit to Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental last weekend.
Villar is also pushing for promotion of small and medium-sized enterprises, which she says are considered the backbone of the economy for its ability to generate jobs, and to foster development.

She held a dialogue on Sunday with local officials, including Misamis Oriental first district Rep. Christian Unabia, Gutagum Mayor Jessa Mugot, Balingasag Mayor Joshua Unabia, Initao Mayor Mercy Grace Acain, Salay Mayor Sonny Tan, Naawan Mayor Dennis Roa, Villanueva Mayor Bing Dumadag, Claveria Mayor Reynante Salvaleon, Talisayan Mayor Rico Taray, Binuangan Mayor Dann Isaiah Lusterio, Magsaysay Mayor Charlie Buhisan, Kinoguitan Mayor Ryan Pabellan and Rep. Lagonglong Jack Puertas.
“Thank you for sharing the advocacies of the province with me. And I can see that the advocacies of our family are very alive,” Villar added.
