A CONJUGAL quarrel between a police couple in Angeles City, Pampanga led to the death of the husband on Feb. 3 and the surrender of his wife as the prime suspect.
In a press briefing on Thursday, Philippine National Police (PNP) spokesperson Brig. Gen. Jean Fajardo said a neighbor heard the gunshot, rushed to the couple’s house and found the victim, a police master sergeant, bleeding profusely due to the gunshot wound.

After calling the police station, the neighbor returned to couple’s house and allegedly saw the victim’s wife still holding what was believed to be the fatal gun. Fajardo did not identify any of the couple, but said the wife was also a police staff sergeant.
