Malacañang on Friday declared January 9, 2025, a special non-working day in Manila to allow for the orderly procession of devotees and to ease traffic flow during the Feast of the Black Nazarene.
The proclamation was signed by Executive Secretary Lucas Bersamin on behalf of President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.
