The Speaker reaffirmed the House of Representatives’ commitment to addressing the nation’s needs through proactive legislation aimed at boosting economic growth, improving public services, and enhancing disaster resilience.
He also stressed the importance of collaboration between the public and private sectors to ensure access to essential services and opportunities for every Filipino. “Together, we will continue to push for programs that pave the way for a brighter future for every family,” he added.
Romualdez reiterated his full support for President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.’s vision of a “Bagong Pilipinas (New Philippines).” He encouraged all Filipinos to do the same in the spirit of collective action and unity.
“Once again, I wish everyone a happy, abundant, and peaceful 2025. Mabuhay ang Pilipino, at mabuhay ang ating mahal na Pilipinas! (Long live the Filipino and long live our beloved Philippines)” Romualdez concluded.
