The former Army Chief engaged in a discussion with Colonel Jo-Ar A. Herrera MNSA (INF) PA, focusing on strategic, operational, and tactical leadership with AAR leaders and personnel.

“By sharing their wealth of experience during the JTF Marawi Operation, General Bautista and Col. Herrera provided the AAR leaders and students with practical advice and innovative strategies to enhance their decision-making abilities and operational effectiveness,” the AAR said in a statement.

Brigadier General Hubert S. Acierto PA, the Regiment Commander, hosted an educational tour for the students of the Fires Center TRACOM.

This event highlighted a capability demonstration conducted by AAR personnel, allowing future leaders to witness firsthand the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in their roles within the Philippine Army.

“These visits reinforce AAR’s dedication to excellence and continuous improvement. By educating its personnel, AAR aims to produce well-trained and capable officers who are prepared to defend the nation,” it added.
