Ten EDSA Carousel commuters were injured in a collision on Monday morning amid heavy rain.
An MSG bus lost its capability to stop the vehicle while routing the northbound lane of Monumento Station, resulting in an impact with the PAMANA bus.

According to witnesses, ten were injured and rushed to the hospital.
