The Philippine Army unveiled on Wednesday its new information management systems on human resources and intelligence that will bolster the organization’s efficiency.
Army Chief Lieutenant General Roy Galido said that these platforms are crucial in improving operational efficiency, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and enhancing overall decision-making processes within the Army.
“Ensure that our record system is well-managed and secured. Let us use our information systems to our advantage to analyze data faster and stay ahead in this technological race,” the Army Chief told the system owners and developers.
During the 10th Army-Wide Civilian Leaders Summit, Galido urged the Army Civilian Human Resource (CivHR) to contribute to the development of the organization.
During the event, subject matter experts initiated discussions with the civilian supervisors from Army offices and units regarding the digitalization and modernization of human resource management.
