In his address during the Change of Command Ceremony in Camp Aguinaldo, AFP Chief General Romeo Brawner Jr. praised the outgoing JTF-NCR Commander for his dedicated service and significant contributions to JTF-NCR.

He also highlighted Macaambac’s exemplary leadership and operational expertise and urged to be highly capable in service.

“I challenge you to embrace the changes that lie ahead, to serve and strengthen our readiness to face any challenge that may arise. We will also improve your capabilities so that you will be able to defend the whole National Capital Region,” said General Brawner.
