THE Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) has nabbed three Chinese nationals and seized 500 grams of shabu worth P3.4 million in a buy-bust operation in Pampanga.
The suspects were identified as Bin Da, 23; Hei Xiao, 21; and Gua Xiao, 20; all residents of Shanghai Building in Barangay Balibago, Angeles City.
PDEA said the arrest of the suspects was an offshoot of a one-month drug deal, citing they were extremely circumspect during the transaction.
On July 1, the authorities met with the Chinese personalities at the Shanghai Building at around 10:50 p.m.
The suspects yielded seven assorted touch screen cellular phones, two car keys, and the marked money used by the poseur-buyer. They were charged with a non-bailable offense for violation of Section 5 (sale of dangerous drugs) in relation to Section 26B (conspiracy to sell drugs) of Republic Act. 9165.
