Former President Rodrigo Duterte has claimed he knows where fugitive televangelist Pastor Apollo Quiboloy is hiding.
“Pastor probably does not want to surrender, so just hide,” Duterte told reporters in Filipino in Tacloban City.
“But if you ask where Pastor is, I know. I know where Pastor is, but it is a secret,” he added.
The Kingdom of Jesus Christ (KOJC) founder is facing arrest warrants from a Davao court for charges of sexual and child abuse, while a Pasig court has ordered his arrest for the non-bailable offense of human trafficking.
Aside from being Quiboloy’s ally, Duterte serves as the administrator of KOJC properties.
