Italy’s Emilio Minnicelli presented his creation on May 15 two decades ago.

It was modeled in the main square of Piazza Maggiore, Bologna, with a matching outfit to boot.
Minnicelli’s work measured 14.3 meters or nearly 50 feet tall.
Made entirely of hair, the wig weighed a whopping 26 kilograms.
