Bodies of 2 Cessna plane pilots found in Ilocos Sur

The bodies of two pilots who were on board a Cessna plane that crashed Friday afternoon off Ilocos Sur have been recovered.

This is based on the initial report from the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP).

CAAP says, the remains were found inside the fuselage or the main body of the submerged aircraft at 6:45 am Saturday.

The recovery of the bodies was a result of diving operations conducted by the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) in the crash site.

The plane was seen flying low before it plunged into the sea.
