3 killed in anti-drug operation in Manila

Three drug suspects are killed in a police operation in San Miguel, Binondo, Manila.

The suspects were identified as Domingo Morales and his siblings JC and Armand Morales.

They were in the Drug Watch List of Manila Police District 11.

Agents of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) and MPD Station 11 conducted the operation.

The suspects were allegedly being asked to surrender but one of the men allegedly resisted arrest and fired a gun at cops, resulting to a shootout.

A .38 caliber handgun and about 50 grams of shabu were recovered from the scene.
