TDCX PH expands local presence, to open new Iloilo home this year

The company will continue to push boundaries and create new job opportunities through the upcoming opening of its new site in Iloilo this year, it said in a statement.

TDCX Vice President for Business Strategy Eliza Acuña attributes the company’s continued growth to being able to adapt to the changing business requirements and the result of having the best talent.

“We are agile in our approach to the changes in our business and that of our client partners. It made our relationships with our clients stronger. With this trust from the fast-growing and well-loved brands, we are able to grow and expand our footprint even amid uncertain times.”

TDCX Iloilo is set to be operational by Q4 of 2021, targeting to hire an initial 300 workforce which the company eyes to grow more in the next years to come.

The Iloilo site is the 6th hub of TDCX located at Cybergate Iloilo Tower I, Robinsons Pavia Complex, Ungka, Pavia. The other four TDCX sites are situated in Manila and Cebu.

This local expansion is deemed strategic as Iloilo is touted as one of the top three hubs in the Philippines, considered as a “high-achieving, progressive urban center” within the Visayas region due to its continuous infrastructure developments and an increasing talented workforce.

TDCX acknowledges the Philippines’ potential as the BPO capital of the world, and the newest site strengthens the BPO company’s strategy for a more robust and scalable business continuity. It also gives its clients more options in diversifying their partner site location in the country.

Bringing in the best BPO experience in Iloilo, TDCX has since grown into 12,000+ strong workforce. Headquartered in Singapore with a strong Asia-Pacific footprint globally, TDCX extends its presence across Europe and the Americas to further meet its clients’ needs.

Recently, it opened its new site in Romania which further boosts its operations in Spain and strengthens its presence in the European region.

TDCX’s continuous growth and expansion exhibits its global campaign to #BeMore for its clients and people.

With the goal of bringing transformative digital customer experience, its rise in different strategic locations drives more opportunities for its people and solidifies its commitment to #BeMore for its clients by scaling faster, performing better, and going further.
