Laguna Technopark, a development of AyalaLand Logistics Holdings Corp. (ALLHC), recently celebrated its 30th year as an industrial estate in CALABARZON.

Laguna Technopark celebrates 30

Laguna Technopark has transformed parts of the cities of Santa Rosa and Biñan from sugarcane fields to the 471-hectare growth center it is today.

Anchored on the activities of its over 270 locator-companies, the industrial estate hosts over 100,000 employees directly employed by locator-companies in the industrial park.

ALLHC also owns and operates Cavite Technopark in Naic, Laguindingan Technopark in Misamis Oriental, and Pampanga Technopark in Mabalacat City.

Other developments of AyalaLand Logistics Holdings Corp. include Tutuban Center in Manila and South Park Center in Muntinlupa.
