United Print Media Group (UPMG) Board visits Islas Pinas, the newest indoor Filipino Food & Heritage Village at DoubleDragon Plaza. Islas Pinas is a collaboration with Margarita Fores, whose passion is to take Filipino food to the centerstage. The design concept of Islas Pinas encompasses cuisine and allows visitors a glimpse of not only the different regions but also allows one to step back in time and gives you a feel of our history which is the root of our cuisine and culture.
