Since Tudor’s establishment, it has offered accessibly priced women’s watches with refined aesthetics and high technical qualities. The aesthetics of the brand’s watches of the time were in line with the fashions of the period: Art Deco in style, with cases that were rectangular, barrel-shaped, or with bevelled sides.
The current collection reflects the original vision of the brand’s founder, Hans Wilsdorf, offering an extensive choice of mechanical models for every occasion.
Clair de Rose is a line entirely dedicated to women, with no less than pop superstar Lady Gaga as ambassador.
In a refined and timeless spirit, Clair de Rose draws on the brand’s traditional aesthetic codes in a watch whose soft curves are topped with a winding crown set with a blue cabochon-cut spinel. Available in three sizes, 26, 30, and 34 millimeters in diameter, it presents opaline dials with delicate decorations in relief, punctuated with blue lacquered Roman numerals or diamonds.
The delicate timepiece is fitted with self-winding movements complete with date function and is available exclusively in steel, with a choice of three bracelets: steel with small “rice grain” links for unrivalled suppleness and shine, black alligator leather for timeless elegance, or fabric adopting the Clair de Rose line’s signature curl for an artistic touch.
Meanwhile, the 1926 line, which takes its name from the year the Tudor brand was registered, asserts the brand’s loyalty to the traditional values of fine Swiss watchmaking. The dials of these watches are a fine example of this: domed for a vintage touch, and with a delicate embossed design at the center that harks back to the brand’s origins, in subtle contrast to the smooth minute scale.
The 1926 line is available in steel or gold and steel, with a case made of polished curves and a seven-link bracelet. It offers a standard women’s size of 28 mm, as well as 36 mm, 39 mm, and 41 mm in diameters for those who prefer more imposing watches.
Tudor’s Style line represents the essence of timeless mechanical watchmaking. With timepieces ideal for every occasion and a style that never goes out of fashion, it is available in multiple configurations and two sizes that are particularly popular with women: 28 and 34 millimeters.
It comes in steel or gold and steel case with polished and satin-brushed finishes, a bezel that is fluted for peerless brilliance or polished for a softer look, a steel bracelet or black leather strap, and the option of a gem-set dial.
Made for the sophisticated set, the Glamour embodies Tudor’s elegance and vision of contemporary watchmaking chic. Its design is a result of the same attention to detail that has forged the brand’s reputation. The double bezel, which creates a characteristic relief effect, gently continues the curves of the polished steel case. The lugs have an enveloping shape. They form a refined angle that works in harmony with the bezel for a sophisticated look and a comfortable feel.
The line is made up of three models, each with its own function: Double Date, Date + Day, and Date. The latter is aimed particularly at women, with diameters of 26, 31 and 36 millimeters, available in a multitude of configurations—in steel or gold and steel, with or without diamonds, with three dial colors.
Finally, in the spirit of its very first women’s divers’ watch launched in 1976, Tudor presents the Black Bay 32 model. With the brand’s emblematic design, it brings all the qualities of the tool-watch to women’s wrists. Refined as well as functional, this 32 mm model features all the historical and technical design codes from the famous Black Bay line, particularly its characteristic angular “Snowflake” hands.
It is also waterproof to 150 meters and fitted with a self-winding calibre. Its glossy lacquered dial is available in deep black or electric blue.
