From its humble beginnings in a garage 22 years ago, Conti’s Bakeshop and Restaurant continues to grow by introducing something delectable and unforgettable to its loyal patrons and new customers.

The homegrown restaurant prides itself on having a warm, homey ambience, where eating is in itself an experience.

Conti’s brings these two things together and offers new breakfast items that would remind diners the joy of eating them right at the quiet and comforts of home.

BREAKFAST MADE BETTER. Conti’s Bakeshop and Restaurant introduces new delectable breakfast items, including Bacon Bagnet, Croque Madame, Classic Skinless Longganisa, and Salmon Belly in Olive Oil.

“Growing up in a family where we savor eating together, I would always enjoy the smell of fried rice, eggs, and different types of viands, every morning. It was always an experience that I look forward to,” shared Michael C. Martinez, business development and marketing director of Conti’s Bakeshop and Restaurant.

The restaurant introduces four new additions to its well-loved breakfast favorites.

Bacon Bagnet is made with homemade pork belly slices naturally cured and crisped to perfection, served with sweet and salty sauce, garlic rice, eggs, and atchara.

Conti’s is bringing back its Classic Skinless Longanisa, made with sweet and savory skinless longganisa, served with lemon rice, eggs, and atchara.

Salmon Belly in Olive Oil, meanwhile, is a delectable seafood dish made with Norwegian salmon belly strips in seasoned olive oil and served with lemon rice, eggs, and pickled ubod.

The bakeshop and restaurant, famous for its indulgent Mango Bravo cake, also rolls out a new item under its Continental Breakfast fare—the Croque Madame, which is made with meaty slices of Conti’s homemade ham roll in between toasted brioche, topped with sunny-side-up egg and hollandaise sauce and served with potato shoestrings and fresh fruit cup.

According to Martinez, the restaurant changes/updates menu three times a year, “to inject new selections and enhance the variety of our menu.”

Marketing manager Patricia Tan during the launch revealed Conti’s, which currently has 22 stores in Metro Manila and one in Nuvali, Sta. Rosa, Laguna, is set to open 10 stores in the next six months.

“We will be opening a cluster of stores in Pampanga, first in Marquee. Then in SM Bacoor, Cloverleaf,” disclosed Martinez.

In a bid to attract the younger market, Martinez said, “We’re bringing a new look to the stores: brighter, fresher, more millennial-looking.”
