Renowned for celebrating the world’s longest Christmas season, the Philippines comes alive with festivities that highlight cherished traditions, flavors, and family moments. Adding to the festive cheer, local coffee chain Bo’s Coffee has unveiled its Paskong Pinoy 2024 menu, a tribute to Filipino Christmas culture filled with warmth and joy.
Favorite holiday drinks and pastries with a very Filipino flair are at the center of this year’s limited-edition collection. The popular Dark Mocha Macadamia Froccino is returning, along with the brand-new Choc Nut Series, which is a partnership with the well-known Filipino candy company Choc Nut. The Christmas menu includes the following drinks: Choc Nut Mocha Froccino, Iced Choc Nut Latte, and Hot Choc Nut Latte.
Aiming to offer comfort and indulgence in every sip, Bo’s Coffee also launched delectable holiday treats inspired by traditional Filipino desserts to complement the beverages. The new Puto Bumbong Cheesecake and Halo-Halo Cake join the well-loved Bibingka Cheesecake on the menu, alongside bite-sized Mini Bibingkas, perfect with Bo’s signature coffee brewed from locally sourced beans.
“We wanted to feature the flavors we all enjoy during the holiday season,” said Rachel Fallarme, Bo’s Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. “Paskong Pinoy is an annual tradition for us, and this year is no different because there’s truly no Christmas like a Filipino Christmas. Our cakes and drinks are meant to bring comfort and happiness as part of this cherished tradition.”
Staying true to its roots, Bo’s Coffee also continues to spotlight homegrown coffee sourced from farmers in regions such as Sagada, Benguet, Bukidnon, and Davao.
“We believe in supporting homegrown coffee and helping Filipino farmers,” says Fallarme.
“Each cup of Bo’s coffee highlights beans from across the Philippines, from the mountains of Sagada in the North to the highlands of Mt. Apo and Mt. Matutum in the South. Our goal is to put Philippine coffee on the global map because we believe our beans are world-class,” Fallarme added.
Bo’s has also diversified its menu over the years, adding a variety of light yet filling meals, such as pasta, sandwiches, and cakes, to complement its coffee offerings.
“We’ve strengthened our digital presence, too,” Fallarme adds, “making our products available through online platforms and delivery services, ensuring customers can enjoy Bo’s wherever they are,” she continued.
Beyond its beverages, Bo’s has also expanded its menu to include light meals such as pasta and sandwiches, alongside desserts, making it a versatile dining destination. With a strengthened digital presence, customers can also enjoy Bo’s offerings through delivery services and online platforms.
From its humble beginnings in Cebu City, Bo’s Coffee has grown into a network of over 150 locations worldwide, including 136 branches across the Philippines and 20 in the Middle East. The brand is now setting its sights on North America, with its first Canadian branch in the Greater Toronto Area slated to open in 2025.
