During a press conference, Hakan Bakar, Holiday Factory’s Business Development Director for International Markets, highlighted recent research showing a rapidly expanding middle-income segment in the Philippines. This group has a strong desire to travel and a keen interest in affordable holiday packages.

With this, he shared that the Philippines’ booming tourism industry, coupled with a significant portion of the population seeking budget-friendly holiday options, made the country an ideal market for the company’s expansion.

“This segment is highly ‘undercatered’ and ‘undertoured’ in the Philippines due to the lack of operators. Therefore, we are delighted to present to you today and announce the Philippines’ first real package tour operator, Holiday Factory,” said Bakar.

“Who said holidays are expensive? We offer holiday packages for everyone. We have a wide range of destinations from popular local getaways such as Boracay and Siargao to trending destinations like Thailand, Hong Kong, Dubai, and many others,” he continued.

The company offers packages inclusive of flights, accommodation, transfers, tour guides, and travel insurance to popular domestic destinations like Boracay, Puerto Princesa, and Siargao, as well as international hotspots such as Bangkok, Hong Kong, Maldives, and Dubai.

Prices start as low as P3,499 for Boracay and P5,499 for Siargao. International packages range from P11,899 for Bangkok to P32,999 for Maldives.

On the other hand, Holiday Factor Customer Care Director Sam Devela shared that the company established a customer care center in Cebu in 2018 to serve its UAE clientele and had planned to fully operate in the Philippines before the pandemic. The team is composed of different nationalities who are well-versed with the customers’ needs and expectations.

“[The sales team] will provide personalized recommendations of destinations suited to your needs and expectations. On the other hand, our service team is always available to our customers before, during, and even after their trip to provide any assistance whenever needed,” stated Devela.

Holiday Factory is hosting a Mega Giveaway of 100-holiday packages for 100 lucky Filipinos to celebrate its launch as the first tour operator.

“Everyone can participate for Free by registering on www.holidayfactory.ph,” says Sandra Daemmrich, General Manager at Holiday Factory.
