Content creator Boss Toyo gears up for a very special Father’s Day this year as he is about to welcome a new addition to their family, making the event extra special.
He and his partner, Loves Jhoy, announced last month that they would be having a baby boy with the help of IVF treatment, stating that it has been their dream to have their own baby after his partner suffered from a miscarriage.
In terms of being a dad, Boss Toyo admitted that he was not a perfect father but he tried to provide for them as best as he could, especially financially.
“I can’t say that I’m a good father, but it seems like that’s the case. Because I have other children whom I also post about on my social media. They can see how I support them in everything,” he said.
When asked if he was a strict or cool dad, Boss Toyo admitted that he preferred to spoil his children.
“Now that I’m not with my child, I just give them what they need, their pleasures. So, I spoil them,” stated Boss Toyo.
He also recalled the difficult times he experienced when he could barely afford to have his children checked at health centers. Now, with all the blessings he is receiving, he ensures to provide the best care he can for his wife.
“My wife and I had a check-up recently, and now we can afford to go to expensive hospitals, even St. Luke’s. I’m very happy because before, all my children would only have check-ups at health centers. Even for childbirth, we had to borrow P2,000 for the public hospital. I didn’t know where my wife would give birth,” he continued.
“So now, Asian Hospital offered us some free services. It’s heartwarming because before, I struggled so much to get by and really didn’t know where to turn. Now, we’ve reached this point,” shared the “Pinoy Pawnstars” host.
Recently, he signed with IT solutions ZKTeco as its newest brand partner and brand ambassador.
Celebrating Father’s Day this weekend, Boss Toyo revealed that he is planning to spend it in Boracay with his partner.
