QC government suggests routes for Visita Iglesia

The Quezon City government on Sunday released seven suggested routes to guide the Catholic faithful in observing Visita Iglesia 2025.

Route 1 includes the Minor Basilica of the National Shrine of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel, Our Lady of Victories Church, Immaculate Conception Cathedral of Cubao, Sacred Heart Parish Shrine, St. Paul the Apostle Parish, Hearts of Jesus and Mary Parish–West Triangle, and the Minor Basilica of San Pedro Bautista.

Route 2 covers the Parish of the Holy Sacrifice, Nuestra Señora de la Paz y Buen Viaje Parish, Sta. Maria della Strada Parish, Holy Cross Parish–Krus na Ligtas, Immaculate Heart of Mary Parish–Diliman, Parish of the Lord of Divine Mercy–Sikatuna, and Sacred Heart Parish Shrine.

Route 3 features the Real Monasterio de Santa Clara de Manila, Saint Joseph Shrine (Diocese of Cubao), Parish of the Lord of Divine Mercy–Sikatuna, Immaculate Heart of Mary Parish–Diliman, Holy Cross Parish–Krus na Ligtas, Sta. Maria della Strada Parish, and Nuestra Señora de la Paz y Buen Viaje Parish.

Route 4 consists of Our Lady of Consolation Parish, San Lorenzo Ruiz Parish, San Isidro Labrador Parish–Philand Drive, Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Parish–Project 6, Santuario de San Vicente de Paul, Shrine of the Poor, Saint Joseph Parish, and The Our Father Parish.

Route 5 includes San Lorenzo Ruiz Parish, Our Lady of Consolation Parish, Hearts of Jesus and Mary Parish, St. Eterne Parish: Shrine of Leaders, Holy Spirit Parish, Mabuting Pastol Cathedral-Shrine, and Parish of the Good Shepherd.

Route 6 features St. Benedict Parish, Jesus of Nazareth Parish, San Antonio Maria Claret Parish, St. Peter Parish: Shrine of Leaders, San Jose Ang Tagapagtanggol Parish, Kristong Hari Parish: Shrine of the Youth, and Mabuting Pastol Parish.

Route 7 includes the Minor Basilica of San Pedro Bautista, National Shrine of Our Lady of Lourdes, Santo Domingo Church: National Shrine of Our Lady of the Holy Rosary of La Naval de Manila, Holy Family Parish, Sto. Niño de Violago Quasi-Parish, Most Holy Redeemer Parish–Brixton Hill, and Our Lady of Fatima Parish.

The city government, through its official Facebook page, reminded participants to wear comfortable shoes, bring water, and take time to reflect during the Visita Iglesia.
