PSA opens satellite office in Ayala Malls Muntinlupa

The Philippine Statistics Authority (formerly National Statistics Office) has transferred its office in Starmall Alabang to the Ayala Malls–South Park in Alabang, Muntinlupa City.

The PSA relocated to a bigger space at the fourth floor of South Park (beside Timezone) to accommodate more number of clients from Metro Manila South and other neighboring cities applying for Civil Registry Documents, the agency said through the city government.

PSA Alabang accepts applications for birth certificates, marriage certificates, death certificates, and Cenomar (certificate of no marriage), among other civil services.

Mayor Jaime Fresnedi welcomed the opening of the agency’s satellite office in Muntinlupa, giving easy access to government services for the locals.

The Philippine Information Agency also expressed its interest in putting up an office in the city in partnership with Muntinlupa Public Information Office.

PIA’s satellite office in Muntinlupa shall become the agency’s Information Center for communication practitioners in the Taguig, Parañaque, Las Piñas, Laguna, and other nearby towns.

As part of its commitment in efficiently and effectively delivering services to Muntinlupeños, the City Government of Muntinlupa continues to forge partnerships with various agencies for installation of their satellite offices in the city.

The Securities and Exchange Commission recently put up its first satellite office in National Capital Region situated in Muntinlupa City Hall to serve clients from the region and southern hub of Luzon.

Other government offices located in the city are the National Bureau of Investigation, Department of Foreign Affairs – NCR South, PhilHealth, PAG-IBIG, SSS, among others.

With much convenience and access to national government services through the establishment of satellite office, Muntinlupa City continues to position itself as a preferred place to do business and a residential haven for the locals.
